Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. See item details for specified estimated arrival times. Orders ship in approximately:

  • Original Artwork: 14 days

  • Art Prints: 4-8 days

  • T-Shirts and Hoodies: 4-8 days

  • Jackets: 5-10 days

  • Accessories: 4-10 days​

For international shipping, please allow 10-30 business days for delivery. Shipping fees for all international orders, as well as orders within Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, are as follows:

  • Price Range:

    • $0 - $35: Rate: $5

    • $35 - $75: Rate: $15

    • $75 - $200: Rate: $25

    • $200 - $500: Rate: $50

    • $500 and up: Rate: $100

Returns & exchanges
We offer an exchange, store credit, or refund within the first 30 days of your applicable purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

 

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of customized items or collections, signed prints, and original artwork. All items in these categories are final sale. Customer satisfaction is a priority for Janeva Tyree, LLC, so please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you have any problems with your order.

The process for returns or exchanges are as follows: 1) Send an email to JanevaTyree@gmail.com with your order number, description of returned item(s), and your return tracking number for the package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 2) Once the return has been received, we will begin the refund or exchange process. Hold on to your tracking number for your records. Refunds, exchanges, and store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days.
